HisDetector™ Nickel-HRP

KPL HisDetector Nickel-HRP offers a fast, sensitive, single-step method for detecting recombinant His-tagged proteins. His-tagged proteins have a high affinity to nickel (Ni2+) ions. Nickel-NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) will, therefore, bind directly to the His-tag, eliminating the need for primary and secondary antibodies. This results in assay simplification and reduced detection times. KPL Nickel-HRP offers excellent sensitivity and low background in applications such as western blotting.

Product may also be used in other application (ELISA, immunohistochemistry, etc.) where direct detection of His-tagged proteins is required. KPL Nickel-HRP is optimized for use with both chemiluminescent and colorimetric substrates.
