Spin-Pure Filters

KPL Spin-Pure Filters offer a rapid and convenient method for concentrating, purifying and desalting peptides, proteins, oligonucleotides, DNA and RNA. The filters provide a 10K molecular weight cutoff. They are especially recommended for the removal of unincorporated nucleotides from the biotin nucleic acid probe, and to minimize nonspecific protein binding in hybridization assays. Store at room temperature.
