AccuSet™ Autoimmune Performance Panel

The AccuSet Autoimmune Performance Panel is a 20-member panel of undiluted, naturally occurring plasma samples; 1 vial per member, 1.0mL per vial. Panel members represent bleeds from multiple individuals containing 1 or more analytes known to cause autoimmune disease. Each sample represents a single collection event. No preservatives were added.

Test results from commercially-available autoimmune assays are included for characterization of each panel member. This comprehensive panel of human plasma samples demonstrates various reactivity’s for a wide selection of autoimmune analytes such as RF, CCP, HAMA, ANA, dsDNA, SM, RNP, SM/RNP, Chromatin, SSA, SSB, Scl-70, Jo-1, Ribosomal P and Centromere B. Clinical diagnosis and medication history is provided for some panel members. One negative member for RF, HAMA, CCP, and ANA is also provided.
